Outdated CMS Versions The most common website exploits are due to outdated content management systems. Its very important that if your website has been designed in a Content Management System (CMS) that you up date it on a regular basis, as new security updates are released on a regular basis to avoid these kinds of exploits.

Insecure Passwords Its important that when creating a new database or changing the ftp details that you don't use common usernames and passwords such as "password123" or "123456" as an example.
